db365 operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you voluntarily and knowingly agree to comply with all the rules, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out below. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

db365 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to check this page regularly.

Account Opening Eligibility

• To open an account and use the services on db365, you must be at least 21 years of age.
• You may only open one account in your own name; multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure — your password must not be shared with anyone.
• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of another person or in their name is strictly prohibited.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposit amounts are generally reflected in the account within a short time; network issues may occasionally cause slight delays.
• Depositing through or accepting deposits from third parties is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• db365 reserves the right to verify identity before approving a withdrawal request.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus; total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000; total balance will be ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = complete ৳15,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed by the same person, household, address, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; if wagering is not completed, the bonus may be forfeited.
• db365 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If fraud or abuse is suspected, db365 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

db365's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent active participation. VIP benefits are personal and are not transferable to anyone else.

Game Operation

The outcome of all games displayed on the db365 platform is determined via RNG (Random Number Generator) or the provider's server. db365 does not interfere with game results. If a technical error causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, the relevant round may be voided and the stake refunded.

Disconnection

db365 is not responsible for losses caused by an internet disconnection during a game. Game results will be determined based on the last data saved on the server. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection.

Sports Betting

Odds offered in the sports betting section are subject to change. If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant stake will be refunded. Official announcements by the relevant governing body will be considered final for the purpose of determining results.

db365 believes in responsible gaming. We encourage users to play consciously and within their means. Play for entertainment only, not as a way to resolve financial difficulties.

All content on the db365 platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of db365 or its respective licensors. Copying, distributing, or republishing this content for any purpose beyond personal use is expressly prohibited.

db365 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. db365 will not be liable for any loss arising from technical issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events. Any financial loss resulting from gaming activity conducted at the user's own discretion is entirely the user's responsibility.

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the user must first contact the db365 support team. We always strive to resolve issues quickly and fairly through discussion. The support team is available 24/7 to assist in both Bengali and English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Terms will continue to be fully effective. These Terms have been written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be regarded as the original and authoritative document.
